Happy Halloween everyone!
I haven’t had much time to do Halloween nails this year, the last couple of years I’ve gone for more detailed designs, but this year I needed something a bit quicker, so I decided to try some blood spatter nails.
I actually did these whilst watching Dexter, which was quite appropriate! I’ve attempted the splattered look before, but didn’t get it to work, so I wasn’t sure how it would go, but thankfully it turned out well, despite how messy it was!
I used the Models Own White Light and Red Lustre HyperGels.
These Halloween Born Pretty water decals are a very quick and easy way of creating some Halloween nail art. There is five different designs on the sheet, and twenty overall, and are available in gold or silver.
Like all Born Pretty water decals they are very easy to apply, just dip them in water for 20-30 seconds and the design will slide off the backing paper, and you can position it on the nail, dab off any excess water and seal it with top coat.
I just went for a simple design, using Models Own Liquorice Allsorts as a base.
